Putting along at the speed of snail!
I got some work done on Kaylee’s sweater. Not a whole lot, but I’d put myself about 15% completed. Unfortunately, I am committed to something tonight so might not get more than an hour on it this evening. However, here is what I currently have done.
Cute isn’t it? The orange-yellow of the paper plays havoc with the colour of the yarn. But it’s a really nice four ply with various shades of pink. It’s coming together really nice and not looking over the top “baby girl” but still feminine. I’m liking it a lot. And, the drape of the yarn is just luscious.
Since the screen on my current phone has decided to die (thus my plethora of text messages are now being completely unreceived on my end…well, received, but unable to be read) I broke down and finally bought a new one. It will be here in about a week. Until then – good luck getting text messages to me – or getting calls from me if I don’t have your number already memorized.
On that note – back to work. New project started today – VMWare fun times ahead.
